What if my Internet stops working?
If you connect via a wireless router, connect your desktop or laptop directly into the Ethernet port in the wall or into the modem. Restart your computer and the modem.
Who do I call if I have rebooted my computer and cannot reach the Internet when I am connected directly to the wall or modem?

What do I do if I still can’t connect wirelessly?
Wireless routers will occasionally need a reboot. To do this, turn off the computers connected to it. Unplug the power cord to the wireless router. Wait 3 minutes. Plug the power back into your router, wait 3 minutes then power up your wireless devices like laptops, iPhones, and iPads. If this does not restore your connection, call the manufacturer of your device.
