Does AM3 offer online bill pay?

Yes. Please visit your Community Page, then enter the name of your community in the "Find Your Community" section located on the top right of the page. Then click on My Account Login. First time users will need to register for an account. Click on Pay My Bill.

How can I view a copy of my bill?

Once you have set up access to your online account, you may view a copy of your bill online.

I don't have a credit card. Can I set up auto pay through my checking account?

Yes. Please call our Customer Service team. AM3 offers unique phone numbers by region to better handle your calls. Visit your community page for the customer service phone number to best serve you.

Can my invoices be sent to me electronically?

Yes. Log in to your online account. Under Account Details, choose Email as your Invoice Delivery method.

I am set up for auto-pay but I am still receiving a paper bill and getting a $3 fee.

You must also set up your account for e-mail invoice delivery. Log in to your online account. Under Account Details, choose Email as your Invoice Delivery method.

I want to avoid the $3 paper bill fee.

How do I cancel my service?

You, as the account holder, are responsible for canceling your service by calling Customer Service or updating your online account to reflect the cancelation. Your Property Manager is not responsible for notifying AM3 when you are moving. Your payment remittance slip is processed at a lockbox and may not be received in a timely manner, please do not write cancellation notes on your remit slip.  Your cancelation will not be processed via email or by sending a message on our contact form.
